Join us at the inaugural Little Apple Classic Car & BBQ Cook Off! This is a Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) sanctioned event!

About this Event

Join us at the inaugural Little Apple Classic Car & BBQ Cook Off! All teams will have access to Manhattan’s newest tourist attraction, the Midwest Dream Car Collection. Competition teams will be stationed around the outside of the facility.

This sanctioned contest will consist of chicken, pork, ribs, and brisket. As a sanctioned State Championship competition, the winner will receive a free entry into the Invitational competition of the 2020 American Royal World Series of BBQ!
